**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute the strategic business plan for Spain, including market expansion, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including customer support, marketing campaigns, and partnership development.
- Drive brand awareness and engagement through targeted marketing initiatives, social media channels, and community events.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and industry partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and compliance, to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with at least 10 years of experience in marketing and/or business development.
- Prior experience as a crypto country manager or in the cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable.
