**Head of Client Relationship Management Spain Latam US Offshore Israel**

**Your role**

We are looking for our next Head of Client Relationship Management Spain Latam US Offhsore Israel for our Madrid team. You’ll be involved in providing general sales and technical support, to head the CRM platform in the sub-region.

**You will be also involved in**:

- **General Sales Support**:To support all distribution and sales related activities every day to deliver the highest quality to our clients and progress accounts through the sales cycle. Support local Sales to maintain sales budget records.
- **Build and Strengthen Invesco’s Key Client Relationships**: To support, develop and maintain individual relations with client organisations across the sales region.
- **Sales Proactivity**: Meet expectations around pre-determined targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assist with achieving sales targets through the development and maintenance of close relations with clients.
- **Systems and Record Keeping**:To support all distribution and sales related activities every day to deliver the highest quality to our clients and progress accounts through the sales cycle. Support local Sales to maintain sales budget records.
- **Fund, Market and Industry Knowledge**: To be point of contact for clients in relation to Product related questions.To keep fully updated with regard to Invesco’s funds, market views and industry related topics. To be able to accurately and appropriately message the philosophy, strategy, process and views of the Invesco fund managers.
- **Campaigns & events Management**:To support, assist and/or manage marketing and client campaigns & events within sales regions. This will include using initiative to build superior client events and functions, to drive attendance through written and verbal communication with clients.
- **Sales Client Servicing**:To oversee/manage the servicing of enquiries and problems for clients by collaborating closely with other departments and delegating responsibility for resolving the issues to the SMEs of the business.
- **Client retention & concentration**:Working closely with local sales, to coordinate and oversight client retention plan, to oversight client concentration into products.
- **Technical Support**:To provide technical support to the sales team and clients as well as coordinating internal Functional support.
- **Project Management**:Project support and local coordination.
- **Team Management**:To coordinate, oversight and coach the sub regional CRM Team

**Sound interesting?**

**You will have**:

- Previous experience in a financial sector sales environment and of managing client relationships is required
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment products and understanding them
- Strong numeracy and written skills
- Self-motivated, and able to work autonomously, with good time management and organisational skills as well as excellent work ethic
- Having an independent working style and within a team environment to build and maintain strong working relationships through coaching and Mentoring
- Sound communication and influencing skills with a willingness to develop these, in order to maximise sales opportunities
- Excellent communication skills and proficient in English and Spanish language (verbal and written)
- Computer literate (knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft office packages). Being open to learning new technologies
- Some periodic flexibility required regarding working hours and ability to accommodate some travel
- Interest in the ongoing development within financial markets and the industry, and ensuring completion of 15 hours Continuous Personal Development (CPD) per annum
