If this sounds like you tooread on **You Will** - Lead the Property Management function and team in Spain: as the counterpart to the customer-facing Resident Management team, making sure that our rental portfolio performs effectively, efficiently, and is robustly protected from risks like rent arrears and OPEX leakage. - Implement our property management processes and strategy in Spain, adapting them to learnings from the local market. This is an incredible opportunity to create lean, innovative, and tech enabled processes that make our dispersed portfolio of single family rental homes the most time - and cost-effective property portfolio in Spain. - Build, grow, and lead a team of highly skilled and knowledgeable property managers, overseeing their work on managing our service providers and utilities, maintenance subcontractor relationships and resource allocation, relationships with community & building managers including building community budgets and meetings,, work with external experts like debt collectors or insurance providers. - Be the IMMO expert on property management in Spain, making sure that processes and portfolio stay compliant with laws, and provide your industry knowledge to other operational teams who will build their own robust processes using your knowledge. - Work closely with a number of operational and central teams: asset and portfolio management to ensure high quality & fidelity portfolio reporting; product and data to build out our suite of internal products that supercharge our operations while reflecting the practicalities of property management in Spain, and resident management, who own the customer relationship and work extremely closely with your team’s excellent back-office support to power tenancy agreement creation, resident reference checks, and resident technical support. **Requirements**: - You have completed a degree in business, economics, law or similar (with a focus on real estate or property management). - You have at least 5 years of practical experience in the residential area. - You have strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in Spanish (fluent) and English (fluent). - Leading with empathy and thought leadership.
