JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for Cash and Working Capital Reporting Analyst to join our team based in Palma.
This role has the responsibility of monitoring the VCC (virtual credit card) Credit Lines and analyzing the forecast in order to calculate the proper payments. Having KPIs and credit lines under control, not only in terms of actuals but forecasting, is key to take proper decisions to manage cash liquidity.
**Tasks**:
- VCC credit lines monitoring- VCC payments calculation and coordination with the involved teams to reach proper cash liquidity- Review the correct allocation for every VCC payment- Fluent communication with every bank agent
Skills needed:
- Previous experience in payment teams or any related field in an operational role- Proficiency with Excel, current data and bank platforms management are a plus- Ability to conduct independent research and analysis- Organizational talent combined with critical thinking and teamwork mentality
