**The Role**

A unique opportunity to build and scale a company's analytics team and tooling from the ground up.

You'll set a long-term vision for Simplr Analytics, setting and adjusting the roadmap in a fast-paced, changing start-up environment.

You'll play a crucial role at defining a framework to measure Simplr business performance as well as the impact of our marketing and product initiatives

A self-starter in a hands-on role, you will grow into hiring and scaling a team of Data Analysts and Data Scientists.

Deep dive into our product features, conversion funnels and customer behavior to produce relevant insights and ultimately identify opportunities and levers of growth. Optimize customer acquisition and unit economics.

You'll work closely with the CTO to evolve our datawarehouse model and ETL processes to produce the required data

Participate in the definition of tracking events, engagement metrics and key performance indicators

**What Is Required**
- Ideally 4+ years experience as a BI/Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role with a focus on business performance and product analytics
- Proficiency in one or more languages (SQL, Python, etc.)
- Previous experience with digital acquisition (SEM/SEO), marketing, product, experimentation, attribution, segmentation.
- Soft Skills: Empathy, Communication, Teamwork, Open-mindedness, Problem solving, Creativity, Time Management.
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
- Advanced spoken and written English
- Based in Barcelona or able to relocate

**Nice to have**
- Previous experience managing and/or mentoring junior team member
- Experience with BI tools (Looker preferred)
- Experience with data modeling and Datawarehousing
