As we scale, we need a data leader who can build strong analytical foundations, uncover actionable insights, and shape the direction of our product.We're looking for a Head of Product Analytics to lead and grow our analyticsteam that drives product innovation and strategic decision-making. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment where data is at the core of every decision. Responsibilities : Lead a product analytics team (starting from 6 people), establish efficient processes within the team. Define and track key marketing metrics, develop and implement reporting systems and performance monitoring frameworks. Conduct in-depth research, identify trends and insights to support data-driven product decisions. Collaborate closely with development andproduct management teams to ensure alignment between strategic goals and analytical efforts. Present research findings and analytics to company leadership, offering actionable data-driven strategies. Requirements : 3+ years of experience in aleadership role, preferably within fintech or crypto-related products. 5+ years of hands-on experience as a data / product analyst. A university degree, preferably in a technical or economic field. Proven experience in building analytical teams and setting up analytics processes from scratch. Strong SQL skills and experience working with Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib / Plotly). Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Amplitude. A proactive mindset, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills for effective collaboration with top management and cross-functional teams. Fluency in Russian - the core team communicates in Russian, so this is essential for day-to-day collaboration. What We Offer : Fully remote work from anywhere in the world.
