We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Product Analytics to lead and grow our analytics function. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for building strong analytical foundations, driving product innovation, and ensuring that data is at the heart of every strategic decision across the company. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a product analytics team, starting with six analysts, and implement efficient internal processes to support scalability.Define core product and marketing metrics, design reporting systems, and establish robust performance monitoring frameworks.Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify user behavior patterns, market trends, and product opportunities that inform data-driven decisions.Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align analytical efforts with strategic business objectives.Deliver insights and recommendations to company leadership, supporting critical product and business decisions with clear, actionable data. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in an analytics leadership role, preferably in fintech or crypto-related products.More than 5 years of hands-on experience as a data or product analyst.A university degree in a technical or economics-related field.Proven track record of building and scaling analytics teams and launching processes from the ground up.Advanced SQL skills and practical experience with Python, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and Matplotlib or Plotly.Confidence using modern analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Amplitude.Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset that enables effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.Fluency in Russian, as the core team operates in Russian on a daily basis. Challenges Building a scalable analytics organization in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Aligning analytics priorities with rapidly changing product and business goals.Translating complex data into simple, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.Driving a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision-making across departments.Working within a technical domain that includes mining, crypto products, and enterprise tools.
