- Responsible of leading a team of automation (hardware, software and mechanical) engineers, who design and implement any kind of testing devices (test benches, EOLs, HILs ) for automotive industry.
- Define processes for our team design projects, plan and execute tasks in an agile way.
- Analyze requirements and split them into specific task for each domain.
- Recruit and onboard new team members.
- Listen, coach and help engineers to find the way to succeed and grow.
- Responsible of create and maintain synergies with the rest of the areas in order to give and receive the proper support.
- Responsible of generate budgets for the testing devices we develop and for department internal costs.
- Responsible of software internal tools development for the rest of the area.

**What skills do you need?**
- Engineering degree related to computer engineering or electronic engineering.
- English (C1)
- Spanish (C1).
- [Highly Valued] Agile methodologies knowledge (SCRUM, XP, Crystal,).
- [Highly Valued] Industrial improvement methodologies knowledge (LEAN, SIX SIGMA, KAIZEN).
- [Highly valued] Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, LIN).
- [Highly valued] Knowledge of automotive diagnostics protocols. (UDS, CCP, XCP).
- [Highly valued] Knowledge of automation communication protocols. (RS232, RS485, MODBUS, PROFINET ).
- [Highly valued] Knowledge of PLC control (Beckhoff, Siemens,).
- [Highly valued] Knowledge of data acquisition and monitoring devices.
- [Highly valued] Electronic schematics design.
- [Highly valued] Testing suite software knowledge (Test Link, NI Test Stand ).
