We are LEDCity, a cleantech start-up founded in Zurich, with the goal of reducing energy consumption in the lighting sector worldwide by 80%. To achieve this, we are developing a globally deployable lighting system that uses sensors to control lighting according to demand.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to help us support the sustainable growth of LEDCity. You will have the opportunity to help shape the our team and ensure that we continue to grow by finding the perfect talents for our mission. The position is limited to 6 months with the prospect of a permanent position.
Tasks
- Independent and active search for the best talents for our team on LinkedIn.
- Pre-selecting applicants and conducting first recruiting interviews.
- You will assist the HR-Team while staying in constant exchange with them.
- You help with the coordination of the remaining recruiting steps.
- Staying ahead of the Spanish employement laws and regulations.
- You help with administrative tasks such as booking flights and hotels for the onboarding of new employees.
**Requirements**:
- You are a currently studying or have a degree in any relevant topic such as; psychology, Human Relations, business administration or similar.
- You have previously worked in HR or recruitment.
- You have a knowledge about the Spanish labor law.
- You have excellent written and oral English skills and a B2 level of German.
- You have an efficient and independent working style, as you will be working remotely.
- Great communicative ability.
- You are outgoing and personable.
- Very good comprehension skills, resilient and motivated.
