Tradebe is hiring a **Senior Global **Financial Analyst (FP&A), **based in our global headquarters in Barcelona (Sant Joan Despí).

The role reports to our Global Financial Controller and combines in-depth analysis of both [group] operational and financial data and overseeing a broad array of financial affairs, including income, expenses, taxes, capital expenditures, investments, financial statements, and financial ratios to help align business processes and strategies with financial goals, and to evaluate progress toward those goals.

The role is focused on three main pillars:

- Group budgeting, planning, forecasting, and analysis that support major corporate decisions of the CFO, CEO, and the Board of Directors.
- Group Reporting and Audit
- Ad hoc projects (i.e. support M&A and funding activities, corporate restructuring,)

And support to:

- Group Risk Management (Group Insurance Program)
- Global Functions Finance Business Partnering (acting as)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in either Finance or Accounting
- +5 years of experience in Finance, Audit, Strategy or Transaction Advisory or similar roles.
- PGC and IFRS knowledge. Consolidation skills.
- Creative problem solver, with a natural or cultivated talent for strong financial analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting.
- Ability to read and truly understand a company’s financial statements - balance sheet, cash flow statements, and income statements.
- IT literate (SAP and Reporting tools (ie. Power BI) a plus).
- Excellent team player with the ability to work and interact with individual/local teams and
- Eager to develop a professional career in a fast-growing and challenging environment.
