**Job description**:

We are looking for a **Financial Analyst (FP&A),** and you will play a crucial role in the month closing and reporting procedure, ensuring precision, quality, and on-time delivery of financial information. _The onboarding starts in Barcelona with the Global Finance Function for 6 months. You will later transition to the Environmental Services division, the Spanish finance function, also in our Barcelona offices. Once ready, you will move to one of the local teams Worldwide (US, UK )._

**The role**:

- Execute month closing and reporting procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Analyse monthly results to provide insightful information for effective decision-making.
- Lead the monthly forecast and annual budget processes.
- Support the preparation of economic project offers, monitoring project financials during execution.
- Provide high-quality financial analysis for investment processes, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Develop and improve financial processes to ensure accuracy of reported data.
- Control and monitor CAPEX investments, analysing performance and return.
- Directly participate in the audit process.
- Prepare analyses and ad-hoc projects as requested by business managers.

**The person**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration and management or a related field with a strong academic record.
- High proficiency in English.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in auditing and/or consulting.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools, with a focus on Excel.
- Availability to move to the UK or US for a specified period.
- High analytical capacity.
- Strong communication skills.
- Decisive individual with a proactive approach to proposing improvements.
