**Job Purpose**

Provide support to operations by understanding financials, cost modelling, performance control, and savings delivery.

**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Carry out the financial planning processes (Financial Plan, Business Plan, Rolling forecast), regarding to costs.
- Analyse and control financial and business data, provide analytical support to Ops.
- Carry out monthly closing processes, involves leading sessions with Operations areas to review costs and deviation, align actions plan to close gaps.
- Generate insights to improve costs, support on business cases, participate in different perform working tables.

**Main Relationships**
- Internal - Corporate department: Admin Finance + Supplier Partnership Management + Fleet.
- Operations: Maintenance + Operations control.
- Externals: IAG group / Global Business Support.

**Education**
- University Degree.

**Experience**
- Experience in finance planning & controlling (required).
- Experience in Airline business areas will be a plus.

**Competencies**
- Team work.
- Communication.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Agility.

**Languages**

English and Spanish.

**Other**

Microsoft Excel.

**Location**
