**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**: - Responsible for Beauty, personal and home care P&L for Spain, both in retail and pharma channel. - Performance management month-end closing/Plan next year/Forecast current year: Turnover, product cost, Brand Marketing Investment. - Monitor revenue management KPIs and ensure delivery of the specific revenue management objectives in coordination with marketing & CSP. - Support in the development of category commercial strategy: innovation portfolio pricing and promotional price governance. - Key stakeholders to interface: Finance, marketing & CSP. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: - A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or master’s degree desirable. - 5 years of experience in financial, operational and/ or business partnering roles - Has a good understanding of FMCG P&L & experience with month-end/ FC processes. - Excellent commercial acumen & strong business partnering credentials with a proven track record on delivery - Owner’s mindset towards business challenges. Ability to tackle complex situations, evaluate alternative courses of action, and provide fact-based solutions.
