**Tasks**:

- Genuine interest in understanding global dynamics in the field of Sustainability and its impact on company culture.
- Document review, quantitative and qualitative data collection.
- Prepare interview questions, maintain accurate records of interviews, and analyze results.
- Design and implementation of methodology for specific projects.
- Statistical data analysis.
- Project implementation, follow-up of deliverables and record management.
- Prepare progress reports, final reports.
- Updating, populating, and administering data tools.
- Support for coordination with relevant interlocutors for internal or external projects or events.
- Providing ad hoc support to project administration where required.

**Centre for Leadership & Sustainability**:The Esade Centre for Leadership is a center for thought and applied research that acts as a forum for dialogue between organizations (businesses, government, and non-government parties) and key actors (such as entrepreneurs, managers, and representatives of the public sector and social leaders) who assume the challenges of governing a global and local world in a committed and responsible manner. The Centre provides practical and theoretical tools through training to organizations and individuals with the will and ability to lead. We contribute to making society fairer and more sustainable.

**Our research projects**:The SDG Observatory is an initiative by Esade’s Center for Leadership in collaboration with Fundació Bancària ‘La Caixa’ (bank foundation). Its purpose is to monitor the implementation of the 2030 Agenda by Spanish listed companies. The Observatory fosters synergies among companies (including SMEs), promotes social debate and increases public awareness of the importance of SDGs and the role of the private sector. The Centre for Leadership does carry applied-research projects and advisory services to accompany business in the strategic implementation of the SDGs and the transformation of corporate culture. We have engaged in some successful projects with Fira de Barcelona and Port de Barcelona.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent written and spoken Catalan, Spanish and English.
- Sound Experience in Project management.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Excellent organization skills. Ability to complete multiple tasks within short deadlines, while maintaining quality standards.
- Previous experience in consulting services.
- Publications or academic papers on Sustainability an advantage
