**Key responsibilities**

Motivating and guiding our students through our online school and our testing systems.

Advising our learners on how to achieve personal and company learning targets via phone.

Presenting the different school features and options to provide a customized service.

Overcoming students’ objections, anticipating their needs by giving personal solutions to managing time and progress.

Offering calls and following up services mainly in Spanish (C1/C2) but at times, in English as well.

Providing technical solutions to ensure all our students have the best learning experience using EF products.

Reporting to the market Supervisor.

**To be successful in this role, you need to be/to have**

Excellent writing and speaking skills in Spanish and English.

Highly responsible with a strong sense of ownership.

Focused on students’ satisfaction.

Positive attitude with the will to investigate and find solutions to any problem.

Team, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Cultural awareness and interpersonal skills that establish trusted advisor-relationship with students.
