**Your role in the team**

We have an exceptional opportunity for a _Senior Manager, Operations HRBP EMEA_ based in our Barcelona office. The Sr. Manager of Operational HRBP EMEA is a critical leader in supporting employees and managers. This role will manage a team of HR Business Partners & HR Operations Representatives to support the execution of Human Resource activities, including on-boarding/off-boarding, employee relations, employee experience, and business driven initiatives in the southern EMEA region.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage a team of HR business partners and HR Operations Representatives; oversee and direct work that supports the business; drive forward initiatives across the Southern EMEA region. Develop a strong understanding of Dynatrace business drivers.
- Conduct fair and thorough investigations and bring resolution to disruptions. Partner with Legal on complex investigations, employment related matters, litigation and mediation.
- Address performance issues, coach managers on disciplinary action and performance improvement processes and best practices and resolve talent issues. Advise managers and employees through performance matters.
- Provide professional advisory support to employees. Interpret HR policies and procedures and recommend effective courses of action.
- Advise on regional / country-specific compliance requirements; maintain expertise in local processes; provide regional considerations and tailoring for development and implementation of global HR programs.
- Manage the on-boarding, off-boarding, relocation and immigration processes and conduct exit interviews.
- Improve work relationships, build morale, and plan and execute key HR initiatives that improve the employee experience and contribute to building our vibrant culture.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees; advise staff about and comply with local regulations and compliance requirements; identify and remediate risks.
- Recommend and create policies to support a compliant workforce and review and update existing policies on a regular cadence. File/submit compliance reports and maintain regulatory records. Ensure Dynatrace’s policies, processes and records comply with GDPR requirements.
- Successfully partner with Functional HRBPs, COEs, regional HR counterparts to create one unified HR support network across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Provide exemplary client service by anticipating and delivering solutions for our employees, identify areas of opportunity, create plans of action and be responsive to employee needs.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to a high standard of professional conduct.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
**REQUIREMENTS**
- 8 years of relevant Human Resource experience
- Minimum 5 years leading HRBPs in a global/multi-national, matrixed organization
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (UKG, SAP, Workday)
- Great interpersonal skills; customer-service oriented; strong attention to detail and problem-solving
- Highly organized; exceptional time management; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent written and oral English and Spanish language skills; additional language capabilities a plus
- Possess a strong work ethic; self-motivated with a desire to take initiative and look for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies; have a strong sense of urgency
- Exercise professionalism and diplomacy; maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong knowledge of employment laws; proven ability to handle a variety of employee relations matters; multi-jurisdiction experience preferred in: Spain, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, UAE and Portugal.
