**Your role**:
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate Executive Corporate Chef to lead the culinary team. **Your Journey**:

- Uphold and elevate luxury standards in every dish, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for our discerning guests.
- Design and implement sophisticated menus that cater to evolving customer preferences, global culinary trends, and seasonal ingredients.
- Rigorously enforce compliance with both local and international hygiene and food safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and motivation of a world-class culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management and cost control, ensuring a perfect balance between exceptional quality and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with procurement to source the finest ingredients and with marketing to creatively promote our culinary offerings.

**What do you bring to your trip**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Corporate Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment, with a proven track record of excellence.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive a team towards excellence.
- A deep passion for gastronomy and creativity, with a portfolio of innovative and visually stunning dishes.
- The ability to perform under pressure while expertly managing time, resources, and personnel.
- Flexibility and adaptability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the vision to set and maintain high operational standards.
