Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, Comdata Group recrute un.e Superviseur.e Français (niveau natif) bilingue Anglais.

Contrat à durée indéterminée à temps complet de (39h) situé dans Barcelone dans la quartier de la Barceloneta.

**Votre profil**:

- Français : Natif
- Anglais Bilingue (le niveau sera testé à l’écrit et à l’oral en entretien). La maîtrise d'une autre langue est un plus.
- Une expérience de deux ans minimum en tant que Superviseur dans le secteur du call center
- Orientation client, excellentes capacités de communication
- Capacité à gérer et dynamiser des équipes
- Capacité d´organisation, structuration et analyse
- Informatique niveau usager (très bon niveau d´Excel exigé)

**Vos missions**:

- Gestion, planification et coordination journalière des équipes
- Reportings au responsable hiérarchique: KPI’s, SLA’s
- Support et Coaching des équipes
- Assurer le correct suivi des processus
