Team Leader
para unirse a nuestro equipo de envasado. Como Team Leader, serás responsable de guiar y motivar a tu equipo hacia el éxito, asegurando la entrega de productos y servicios de alta calidad.

* ¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?*

  • Liderazgo y desarrollo de equipos: Gestionar y motivar a tu equipo, fomentar la colaboración y el desarrollo de sus habilidades.
  • Orientación al cliente: Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente a través de una atención personalizada y eficiente.
  • Mejora continua: Implementar y promover las metodologías Lean Manufacturing para optimizar procesos y reducir costes.
  • Colaboración: Trabajar estrechamente con otros líderes y departamentos para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa.

* ¿Qué necesitas?*

  • Experiencia previa en liderazgo de equipos.
  • Pasión por la mejora continua y la eficiencia.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
  • Orientación al cliente y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing (deseable).
