Kellanova is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. This is a permanent contract, hybrid role that offers the perfect blend of autonomy and collaboration, with regular travel to meet customers and build lasting partnerships.
As a key player in our commercial team, you’ll be responsible for managing and driving one of our key customers ensuring that we show up in store the right way every day. You’ll ensure alignment with Kellanova’s commercial strategy while cultivating strong relationships that drive mutual growth. If you’re a strategic thinker with a flair for negotiation and a love for building connections, this could be your next big move.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
**Strategic Account Planning**: You’ll develop and execute a robust Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for each client, aligning brand goals with revenue targets and ensuring every euro is working hard to deliver results.
**Contract Negotiation & Partnership Building**: Lead annual contract negotiations with key regional customers, creating win-win agreements that foster long-term collaboration and commercial success.
**Commercial Allowance Management**: Take full ownership of customer allowances, ensuring they are effectively managed and aligned with budgetary expectations and strategic priorities.
**Promotional Strategy & Category Excellence**: Collaborate closely with the Commercial Strategy team to plan impactful promotional activities and drive Category Management initiatives that elevate our presence on the shelf.
**Performance Analysis & Forecasting**: Monitor client performance through regular analysis and forecasting, using data-driven insights to optimise account plans and identify growth opportunities.
We’re Looking for Someone With
A qualified university degree.
Minimum 3 years of FMCG experience in a sales or commercial role.
Proven track record managing regional or small national accounts in modern trade or large distribution channels.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
