**About the Role**:
The Bar Manager plays a crucial role in the success of our vibrant bar and brasserie. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of bartenders, ensuring exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**:

- Motivate, coach, and develop your bar team to deliver outstanding service.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Ensure adherence to all operational procedures and safety standards.
- **Guest Experience**:

- Oversee the smooth operation of the bar, ensuring efficient service and timely delivery of orders.
- Proactively address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
- **Operations**:

- Manage bar inventory and stock control, ensuring cost-effectiveness and product availability.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, performance, and stock levels.
- Stay informed about current trends and developments in the bar and beverage industry.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar supervisory role within a high-quality hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong customer service focus, with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
- In-depth knowledge of bar operations, including beverage service, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
