MISSION
The Sales Controller will be responsible for providing accurate commercial data analysis and insight in-depth supporting the organic growth initiatives of the Group. This includes developing, building, maintaining, and executing tools, the workflow of the commercial information, establishing and streamlining procedures throughout the department, support best practices.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
- Pricing Support - Support and monitor pricing negotiations with customers and variances.
- Actively participate in the implementation of analytical tools and technologies to enable the deployment of Commercial Excellence best practices.
- KPIs and Dashboards preparation and distribution.
- Tracks and monitors information by leading the verification and accuracy.
- Ensure the governance of Ficosa Sales Process and support communication, training, and continuous improvement.
- Revenue analytics:
Short
- and Long-Term revenue forecast
Analysis of deviations and develop regular reports on the key data
Secured/unsecured revenue gap assessment
Proactively identifies and communicates irregular performances
Support sales team with conducting specific analyses to gain deeper insights into business (Deep dive analysis, market penetration, segmentation,)
- Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
- Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
**Academic background**: Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree - B.A. /B.S. from four-year College or University in Business, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent experience). Master’s Degree/CPA a plus.
**Languages**: English fluent.
**Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in the accounting field of work. Experience in market data analysis is a plus.
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
**Additional knowledge**: Knowledge of best practices in data quality, high level of accuracy.
**Additional training**: Microsoft Excel expert user.
