MISSION

Achieve quality, timing and investment for all OHSE to be integrated in Ficosa plants. Ensure the OHSE corporate Management System compliance with the ISO’s standards.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Create, review, improve and maintain the corporate Management System (policy, procedures and forms).
Give technical support to create the Operational Corporate Standards and Investment Request documents. Support the production plants with the development of the OHSE’s standards
Define, establish and follow up the Key Performance indicators..
Define and deploy the methodologies and tools for the environmental risks and opportunities and hazards identification and risk assessments
Report to interests the parties requirements at corporate level.
Audit the plants (OHSE internal audit)
Lead OHSE Forums for best practices transversalization.
Implement Corporate Strategic lines related with the area.
Launch corporate awareness campaigns.
Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
Lead the team (if any), guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
Provide the team (if any) with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

**Academic background**: Bachelor’s degree, mainly in environmental science or health & safety.

**Languages**: Advanced English (spoken & written)

**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in a similar position. Knowledge in ISO 14.001 auditor or OHSAS 18.001 / ISO 45.001.

**Travel**: Willing to travel
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

**Additional Academic**: Master in environment or master in Health & Safety

**Additional languages**: Other language according to the business / project would be of additional value
