Analyst - Business Analysis

**Job purpose**
As an Analyst - Business Analysis you will act as a link between the Development Team and Product Management Team / Customers gathering functional requirements an translating them to technical requirements for the development and implementation of new products and enhancement of existing products.
**What will you do?**
- Specify/Design/Implement solutions by analyzing processes and procedures, preparing detailed specification of requirements within scope.
- Analyze clients’ existing systems and business models
- Improving our systems, discover issues and deliver better solutions to our customers.
- Technical support to Projects Team
- Work closely with projects manager, developers, testers, support team, systems and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfactions.
- Provide content for Product documentation
- Supervise UAT environments.
- Fine tuning in production environments
- Give Support in trainings, WebEx sessions
Availability to travel
**What do you need to know?
- Some experience gathering functional and/or technical requirements in product development
- Exposure to structured software development life-cycle
- Experience of delivery in an Agile environment
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and across different audiences.
- Good self-management skills, including ability to escalate issues in a timely manner and work to deadlines.
- A bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent
