Mid Office Senior Business Analyst (f/m/d) Join to apply for the Mid Office Senior Business Analyst (f/m/d) role at Axpo Group. Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of energy trading systems? Join Axpo Solutions AG as a Mid Office Senior Business Analyst and drive innovation, collaboration, and efficiency in Deal Life Cycle systems across our international Origination business. Gather, define, and document business and functional specifications to ensure clear understanding of stakeholder needs. Plan and coordinate international Deal Life Cycle (DLC) projects from specification to implementation. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure efficient IT development and project delivery. Collaborate closely with Axpo’s IT teams, adhering to established business analysis and project management frameworks. University degree in STEM, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; post-graduate education in product, project management, or business analysis is a plus. At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, finance, or the energy sector. Excellent technical analysis skills and experience designing business and functional requirements in complex organizations. Familiarity with Origination business is an advantage. Fluent in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills in international settings.
