**Responsibilities**:
**Key Action Areas**
- Actively manage a portfolio of graduate business programs
- Conduct interviews specializing on senior profiles and business school program applicants
- Develop effective channels of communication with the rest of the commercial departments
- Deliver strategic input for conversion initiatives focused on enrollment and retention
- Plan and execute enrollment and retention initiatives on-campus, off-campus, and virtually
- Represent the Global Admissions & Enrollment department at national and international events

Qualifications:
**Why You**:

- 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, admissions, business development, and/or sales
- Proficiency in English is required, Spanish is a plus
- Intellectually curious, open-minded and creative
- Great communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and commercial drive
- Strong teamwork capability and a positive customer-oriented style
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Solution-oriented and a positive/can-do attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects, with different stakeholders simultaneously
