**Freelance Event Manager** with a focus on events and experiential marketing
We are an owner-operated boutique agency based in Barcelona and Berlin. We operate in the areas of events, experiences, and celebrity relations.
Our projects always bring new challenges, and for this reason, we work with freelance talent on a project basis. Therefore, we are looking for freelance event managers with a focus on events and experiential marketing to expand our freelance network.
For this reason, we are looking for reinforcement as soon as possible:
**// YOUR PROFILE**
- Specialised apprenticeship or degree
- 2-5 years of agency experience as an event manager or freelancer
- Skills in POS or trade fair construction are an advantage
- Structured way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
- You think in problem-solving terms and also keep a cool head in stressful situations
**// YOUR TASKS**
- Helping to organise, administer, produce and implement events for clients
- Monitoring of our events and preparation of reporting
- Communication with service providers
- On-site support for projects
