For our team in Madrid, we are currently looking for a

**Technical Service Support**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Technical Support for Trina Solar's Clients & Products.
- Support to the respective sales force. Daily contact with customers, sales force and factory technical team.
- Focus mainly in Europe.
- Technical bond between the clients with QA and technology departments.
- Travelling availability: On-site technical visits, attending fairs, congresses, exhibitions, etc.
- Presales support analyzing technical requirements and quality criteria linked to new contracts. Negotiations with customers and technical advisors.
- Midsales support onsite to customers, focusing on requirements of the right loading, handling and usage of Trina products.
- Aftersales support. Analysis of Trina product customer claims in regards to the applicable warranties.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience with strong technical background in PV, performing onsite visits and working with electrical components.
- Experience in solar photovoltaic design for commercial grid tied and utility scale systems.
- Electrical risk and working in heights trainings are pluses.
- Strong customer service satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers and interact with the rest of the team.
- Proactive self-starter and problem solver. Taking initiative when required.
- Good communication skills.
- Car driving license.

**Languages**:
Excellent English and Spanish language skills both spoken and written.
