You will provide direct support to our Spanish dealer network, lead technical training programs, and collaborate with internal teams to drive product and service improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely or on-site when required. Collect, analyze, and interpret failure data from the Spanish market to identify trends and propose actionable improvements. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to support product improvement initiatives and ensure timely issue resolution. Prepare and maintain technical service documentation, including diagnostic guides, troubleshooting manuals, and technical analysis reports. Training & Knowledge Development Lead and deliver training courses (in-person and virtual) for distributors and service teams across Spain. Provide on-site training to enhance diagnostic capabilities and service quality. Oversee preparation and updates of training materials, ensuring they are accurate, relevant, and aligned with the latest automotive technologies. Conduct post-training evaluations, analyze feedback, and improve training content and methodologies. Collaborate with technical engineers to integrate real-world technical cases into training modules. Support technical events such as skills competitions and other after-sales activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive after-sales service, technical support, or technical training (experience with high-end brands and EVs is a strong plus). Strong knowledge of vehicle systems: mechanical structures, electrical architecture, and diagnostic tools. Native Spanish, fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong presentation skills; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage. Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-cultural skills. Hands-on, practical problem solver with a structured and logical mindset. Strong sense of responsibility, customer service orientation, and ability to work independently.
