Our Life Sciences client is rolling out a Salesforce-based CPQ solution and requires an experienced Technical Software Trainer to support end-user adoption in Madrid. This is a short-term, intensive contract, focused on rapidly learning existing training materials and delivering high-quality, onsite training sessions. Key Responsibilities Rapidly learn the Salesforce CPQ training curriculum and talk tracks Deliver engaging, instructor-led training sessions (predominantly onsite) Facilitate workshops and webinars for diverse user groups Adapt delivery based on feedback from internal training leads Support users around go-live where required Required Experience Minimum 5 years' experience as a technical software trainer Strong Salesforce platform experience (CPQ exposure required) Fluent in Spanish and English Proven ability to deliver onsite, instructor-led training Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences Based in or around Madrid and able to attend the office regularly Preferred Knowledge of adult learning principles Salesforce certification(s) About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
