Service Technical Support Engineer

**Your mission**:
Welcome to your new role, as our next Service Technical Support Engineer This role belongs to Sungrow EU service department with a focus on service technical support for distribution products and certain project management. This role will coordinate with the service internal teams and service partners to support their technical needs and coordinate the training teams to support sales, installer, and EPC for all technical needs.

You will have a wide array of responsibilities, such as:

- Technical support for PV, ESS, EV Charging, and other distribution products.
- Be the trainer for customer/installer and EPC for technical needs.
- Responsible for trouble shooting, Coordinate with the R&D department to solve general problems of all our projects. Make the plan and solution accordingly.
- Travels to the site to help customers solve problems or collect technical data for R&D use.
- Make the report for product failure analysis, and risk assessment.
- Risk assessment reviewing for pre-sales project
- Coordinate with other service departments to solve problems and

give them technical supports.

**Your profile**:
All right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you. Now let's have a look what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role?
- Excellened understanding about the PV and ESS industry and qualified for one of the EU countries.
- Experienced for PV/ESS products and related products.
- Good communication skills with customers and service partners
- Spanish and English C1&above, additional language like Chinese is nice to have.
- Willingness to travel
