Paramount Global Content Distribution is a division of Paramount, working to drive revenue across all television media including linear and on demand. The TV Sales department is looking for a Content Distribution Manager in Madrid who conducts TV Sales of films and series in Spain as directed by Sr. Sales Executive. As Content Distribution Manager you will be responsible for the Commercial Operations for Iberia & Middle East. This person will facilitate the efforts of Senior sales executives in Spain (in this case reporting only to VP TV Licensing Iberia & MENA), Portugal, Portuguese Speaking Africa, Middle East & North Africa in Arabic, and other EMEA territories when needed, from initial sales lead through deal approval. As a member of the Department you are responsible for the following tasks: Conduct Sales in Spain as directed by Sr. Sales Executive Operational support to assist sales negotiations, including coordinating with finance group on business models, and building deal analysis. Pull raw data and prepare analytical models for historical sales/research projects. **Help Strategizing and executing output and package sales from**: Pro-active market evaluation and sales strategy. Creation of programming packages and client presentation. Package negotiation. **That’s why we want you to have**: Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - both in English and Spanish - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Communication or a related field High Level of proficiency with Excel Minimum 3 years work experience, preferably with entertainment and/or international background Flexible attitude Positive outlook Desirable Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Willingness to travel, if needed Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines Familiar with a variety of industry concepts and properties Ability to adapt and to work well under pressure Self-motivated, pro-active Paramount is an equal opportunity employer (EOE) including disability/vet.
