Native English Content Manager

At The Summer Agency, we are seeking an experienced English Native Content Manager to develop and implement a web, social, and podcast Content Strategy for a client in the anti-fraud and money laundering sector.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Content Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our content strategy to enhance our client's brand presence, engage with our target audience (B2B), and support our overall business objectives. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Content Strategy Enhancement: Collaborate with our client and internal team to enhance the current content strategy, aligning it with brand goals, target audience, and brand identity.
- Content Creation: Coordinate and create high-quality and engaging content. This will encompass different formats such as articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, podcasts, and other marketing collaterals. Ensure content is tailored to appeal to our target audience, showcasing our expertise in the tech industry and anti-fraud sector.
- Video and Audio Production: Lead the creation and production of audiovisual content, including videos and podcasts. Coordinate the entire production process, from brainstorming ideas and scripting, to managing production providers. Ensure videos and podcasts are visually appealing, informative, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Content Distribution: Develop and execute strategies to effectively distribute different formats of content through various channels, such as our website, social media platforms (LinkedIn), and other relevant outlets.
- Content Management: Manage content and social media editorial calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content pieces. Keep all marketing collateral, including website content and presentations, updated at all times.
- Community Management: Manage social media channels, engaging with followers, responding to comments, and actively participating in industry-related discussions (LinkedIn).
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives in all channels using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven recommendations on a weekly basis for optimization and improvement.
- Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation and distribution. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a Content Manager to support our efforts of being top of mind for the top financial & cybersecurity professionals in Europe. Applicants should have the following profile:

- Bachelor's degree in journalism, Comms, or a related field.
- +4 years of professional experience in content creation, preferably in the technology sector.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Desirable experience in audiovisual content creation, including video production and podcasting.
- Knowledge of using content management systems and CRM systems.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and storytelling approaches.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Native in English, intermediate/advanced Spanish.
