**¿Cuál será tu misión?**

Serás un pilar clave en la experiência de nuestros consumidores, asegurando una atención cercana, eficiente y alineada con los estándares de calidad de TLC y de cada campaña. También colaborarás con el equipo de Partnerships para fortalecer la relación con nuestros Partners.

**Responsabilidades principales**

Atención telefónica y por correo electrónico a los usuarios que participan en nuestras campañas.

Gestión administrativa de back office.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad definidos por TLC y por cada campaña específica.

Soporte al equipo de Partnerships para mantener relaciones fluidas con los negocios colaboradores, asegurando que su información esté siempre actualizada.

**Habilidades**

Habilidades comerciales y orientación al cliente.

Se valorará positivamente experiência previa en empresas de incentivos experiênciales, cupones promocionales o similares.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

Actitud proactiva, analítica y resolutiva: capacidad para detectar necesidades y aportar soluciones eficaces.

Manejo fluido de herramientas informáticas: Zendesk, Microsoft Office (especialmente Excel, Word y Outlook).

Se valorará muy positivamente conocimiento de inglés y portugués.
