**About the job**

As the Commercial Business Partner for the French market, you will be the central commercial interface within RHI Magnesita, reporting directly to our Head of Business Partner (Steel West). Your primary role is to support the sales organization by bridging internal processes and enhancing customer interactions. Your role will encompass facilitating communication among various stakeholders for overarching topics and actively participating in commercial management activities. By leveraging your commercial knowledge and experience, you will be instrumental in navigating complex business cases and driving the fulfillment of several key performance indicators (KPIs).

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Ensuring the timely delivery of orders, coordinating activities, and maintaining accurate records
- Overseeing the commercial aspects of contracts in collaboration with our legal teams
- Guiding sales teams on commercial topics and supporting the provision of any required documentation
- Supporting the implementation of new processes
- Driving specific process improvements and standardization

**About You**

You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. **What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- A higher education degree in business administration, commerce, or related field

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- French - Proficient/Fluent

**Work Experience**
- Few years of relevant professional experience
