IFF is very excited to welcome a new **Senior Manager - Net Working Capital** to our team, and we hope it’s you

The Senior Manager of Net Working Capital develops processes, procedures and drives initiatives to improve Net Working Capital (NWC) position and cash flow and ensure it is maintained over the long term. In this position you will partner with key stakeholders, including Procurement, Commercial, Legal, collections, billing and accounts payable teams to continuously improve NWC through payment term improvement, best in class cash management, contractual terms and conditions review and optimization of billing and collections strategy. Youl will also be responsible to provide training on NWC topics to the organization. Additionally, the role is responsible for one direct report (Senior Analyst).

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop processes, procedures, and drive initiatives to improve NWC position and cash flow.
- Support development and monitor KPIs to continually assess NWC performance and trends.
- Work with cross functional teams to develop NWC budget and forecast.
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop improvement initiatives and strategies.
- Work with the Global Shared Service (GSS) organization to optimize billing and AR strategy in order to improve collection speed and cash flow.
- Work with Procurement and GSS AP teams to optimize vendor payment terms, payment methods, and AP strategy.
- Lead monthly NWC reporting for distribution to CFO, IFF Finance Management, Procurement and Commercial Teams to review NWC results, KPIs and actions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Several years of work experience in Planning & Analysis, Reporting, Controlling or comparable roles.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive on challenging and fluid working environment.
- Good stakeholder management and excellent communication/ listening skills.
- Familiarity with Balance Sheet products.
- Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Managerial / Leadership experience (min. 1 direct report).
- Experience in working capital analytics and reporting.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to automation tools.

Location: Oviedo, Asturias. Hybrid work model (office & remote).
