**About the job**

In this role, you will be responsible for managing country transitions of various company activities and processes into one of our global Shared Service Centers. Your goal will be to ensure high quality transfers through adherence to our methodology and processes. As overall project coordinator, you'll monitor the execution of all phases and deliverables, guaranteeing a finalisation on time and within budget. Reporting directly to the Head of Transition, Strategy & Finance Control, you will act as single point of contact for different internal stakeholders across various levels during all phases of a transition.

**In addition, your tasks will include**:

- Detailing the joint transition plan and setting up the transition phase governance
- Conducting regular governance calls during transition phases, ensuring alignment of all involved parties and mitigating of risks
- Preparing official reports with regards to outcomes & highlights of the transition projects.
- Preparing the business case for transitions including the financial impact

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- Proven experience in transition management or project management, ideally within a Shared Services environment
- A project management certification is a plus

**Languages**
- English - fluent
- Any other language will be considered an asset

**Work Experience**
- A few years of relevant professional experience
