Nuestro cliente es una importante multinacional y un referente en el sector retail decoración. Es una gran empresa, solida y en crecimiento en la que se potencia el talento y el bienestar de los/las empleados/as.

Actualmente buscamos una posición de Head of Construction donde realizará proyectos nacionales e internacionales.

Tus responsabilidades serán:

- Dirección y coordinación en la ejecución de obras.
- Elaboración de estudios de viabilidad técnica, planning y de inversión.
- Soporte en la redacción de proyectos.
- Elaboración de los estados de las mediciones en obra.
- Gestión y coordinación de proveedores en obra.
- Análisis y elaboración de los diferentes plannings de las obras en curso.
- Control económico de la obra y de la facturación.
- Revisión y auditoria de proyectos de arquitectura y optimización de coste.
- Resolución de problemas constructivos (obra civil e instalaciones) y elaboración de informes de seguimiento de obra.
- Licitación de obras con constructoras y con contratistas especializados por gremios.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

Graduado/a en Arquitectura / Arquitectura Técnica o Ingeniería de Edificación.
Experiência entre 3-5 años en proyectos en posiciones similares.
Nível alto de inglés.
Dominio de AutoCAD, valorable Revit, BIM, Presto, MS Project así como del Paquete Office.
Persona proactiva, organizada, con orientación al cliente y con capacidad de liderazgo.
Será valorable experiência en desarrollo y aplicación de criterios de sostenibilidad y eficiencia energética.
Multitasking.
Habilidades de negociación.
