Since 1972 we have had an operational center in Spain, whose headquarters are in Cornellà de Llobregat we have offices in Tarragona, Madrid, Castellón, A Coruña, Huelva and Algeciras, in order to provide a service of proximity and maximum quality to all our clients.If you are motivated by this transformation in the industry and wants to develop your talent to build a more sustainable future, contact usAbout the Job:Monitor HSES targets for project through HSES KPIsPromote coordination with CLIENT to ensure HSES KPI criteria (Project Smart Objectives) and expectations are met.Monitor with HSES Resource the documentation required to be maintained to comply with Legal and Government requirements and client and company policyAlong with Training Coordinator follow the proper implementation of HSES training matrix and Campaigns programs for the project.Review and arrange for the provision of project HSES personal protection equipmentForecast, schedule and supervise work of the HSES team in the projectAlong with Site Manager participate in periodic HSES Walkthroughs or lead periodic HSES Walkthroughs/Leadership Walkthroughs.Provide for and supervise project/site HSES reporting and the acquisition, maintenance and dissemination of HSES data and statistics.In case of accidentCheck that first aid and evacuation of injured persons are properly carried out,Report immediately to the Site Manager, to the HO Construction Department and to the HO HSE Manager in issuing the incident reportLead incident investigation teams, assist in the coordination of accident investigationsReview all project/site accidents, issuing Safety Alerts and Lessons Learned.Help reviewing and writing Project Procedures, Job Safety analysis and Method StatementsLead HSE Meeting with Construction Contractors and all parties.Actively demonstrate HSE ownership, leadership and awareness to Subcontractors organizations, particularly leading by example toward constant safe behavior, supporting incentive and discipline initiativesParticipate in HSE Committee Meeting and Steering Committee Meetings issuing the proper presentations and data evaluation.Participate with the Administration Manager and Security Manager (if foreseen), to the coordination of the jobsite Security matters.Organize safety awareness campaigns.Promote communication on all HSE matters (awards, incentives, meeting/inspections/audits reports)About You :Engineering degree or a suitable combination of education and experience.Between 5 and 10 years of experience on similar positionRecognized qualification in HSES (e.g. NEBOSH) or Local Recognized HSES Certification and ISO 45001/14001Previous experience on site and field working and experience managing multi-discipline workforce.Good problem solving and analytical skillsFluency in EnglishAdditional information:Immediate incorporation in solid industrial engineering is offered.With the possibility of professional development in the company.Flexible hours and two days of telecommuting per week.Candidates with disability certificate will be valued.Salary according to qualifications and experience of candidate.We offer immediate incorporation in an international and solid engineering CompanyNote: Your application will be considered only if is possible according to the requirements in Spain to contract foreigners legally.As an equal opportunity employer Technip Energies considers only qualified applicants without regard to colour, age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender expression, disability, national origin, veteran or marital status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
