PROCESS ENGINEER (INTERSHIP CONTRACT)
LUXURY, GRANOLLERS
We’re looking for an Engineering Student to join our Operations team.
THE ROLE
**In this role you will be responsible for**:
- Safety, Quality and Efficiency of a critical machine on a fragrance packaging line,
- Create and execute a plan to eliminate safety risks, quality defects and downtime, prioritizing according to the impact on the line’s results.
- Generate standards for the correct use of the equipment and train operators and mechanics.
- Identify improvement areas and work with Engineering and the other departments to their implementation.
- Participation in the industrialization process for the new products.
- Define, for each format, the optimal value of the set points, based on specific calculations, component specifications and machine dimension.
- Use troubleshooting methodology to find and eliminate the root cause of observed problems.
- Identify and propose potential improvements at the components and work with the technical packaging department for their implementation.
- Generate an AM plan and collaborate on the PM plan for the packaging line.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Are coursing Engineering Degree (mechanical or similar) and can make an internship contract with the University.
English, high level written and spoken (mandatory)

Communication skills
