Process Engineer - Line of Nails
Continuing with the site growth, we will be installing a new line, for that we’re looking for a Line Star Up Engineer to join our Operations team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Line Start Up Engineer, you are responsible to lead the integration of this line in Granollers site, we are looking for a committed Line Start Up Engineer. Integrated in the operation project team, she/he will be responsible to install a packing line.
**Your main focus**: Learn specificities of the line. Learn specificities of the product Prepare training documentation to support line operators training and line. Deliver training to the line operators and fitters according to the skill matrix. Define work procedures for the line: startup and stoppages, changeover, product changes, cleaning the machines and pipes, vision program, consumables management. Lead line ensuring 0 safety and quality issues Participate to product qualification Ensure standardization with all the operations personnel. Identify center lining values per format and machine and follow up its accomplishment. Follow up the principal indicators of the line and analyze the cause: rejection rate per machine, increase O.E.E., breakdown analysis, timings, wastage. Identify and make improvement proposals that attack and eliminate the basic causes of deviations, on safety, quality, cost and OEE. Create and ensure 5s standards on the line. Perform permanent visual management of the line. Ensure that procedures involve safe behaviors in line operations.
Main Mission Lead line target achieving and line qualification. Lead product qualification. Responsible of key system on a packing line, center lining, DDS, AM,Responsible of data collection and analysis on a packing line. Define work procedures for the line: Follow up the principal indicators of the line and analyze the cause: rejection rate per machine, decrease O.E.E., breakdown analysis, timings, wastage. Be an active part for the process improvements of the module with the objective of getting a better performance of the machines, facilities, and human resources. Perform permanent visual management of the line. Ensure that procedures involve safe behaviors in line operations.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You are analytical. As a/an experienced Line Star Up Engineer, you focus on results, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: Engineering degree, Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in the Industrial sector (pharmacy, food and beverage, cosmetics,), English, high level written and spoken (mandatory), Advanced user in office tools Analytical thinking, Good communication skills Teamwork ability Master the English language on a near native level
