**Descripción del puesto**: **Process Engineer** **LUXURY, GRANOLLERS** **ROLE AND DEPARTMENT** We're looking for a **Process Engineer** to join our Operations team. As a Process Engineer, your mission will be to improve all aspects of a piece of equipment in the packing area, owning all KPIs related to the machine. **THE ROLE** Your main tasks will be: - Analyze and solve problems using our "Stop the Stops" methodology, finding, and eliminating the root cause. - Create machine "Zeroes" that allow us to keep the machine in base condition. - Document any other relevant SOP as part of the problem-solving exercises. - Compile all the information created in the "Operator Book" and ensure that all operators and technicians are fully trained and qualified. - Ensure all AM DMS are up to date and followed. - Participate in any industrialization trials that take place in your production line. - Because of all the above, improve safety, quality, and efficiency of the machine of ownership. **WHAT YOU'LL BRING** - Engineering degree - Fully competent in Spanish and English. - Advanced user of Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Result oriented - Analytical mind - Able to communicate efficiently - Good team worker but also able to work autonomously **WHAT WE OFFER** This is a unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact.
