**Job Description Summary**: Reportando al Customer Success Partner Manager, el ICSP es responsable de la prestación de soporte técnico y mantenimiento de las plataformas y sistemas informáticos de IDS asignados, para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente a través de un servicio excelente basado en el dominio de los incidentes y solicitudes reportados por los usuarios de los sistemas.

El ICSP es responsable de la configuración de redes y de la infraestructura informática para la implementación de nuestras soluciones en los Laboratorios, la resolución de problemas, la integración de sistemas de información y la implementación de herramientas de soporte remoto. Proporcionará soporte a las soluciones middleware y se encargará de las tareas de conectividad con los SIL del Laboratorio. El ICSP tendrá conocimientos y competencias en los procesos de pre-venta, venta, implementación y soporte post-venta.
- Garantizar un servicio de soporte de calidad para el negocio de IDS.
- Ayudar a desarrollar e implementar la estrategia, la priorización y los procesos de implementación para conseguir los planes anuales.
- Contribuir de manera proactiva al desarrollo y la entrega de modelos de servicio que satisfagan las necesidades de los clientesy mejoren la eficiencia.
- Apoyar el lanzamiento y la adopción de nuevas tecnologías e innovaciones en las soluciones informáticas de IDS.
- Trabajar con una cultura centrada en el cliente, con responsabilidad, mentalidad positiva y compromiso.
- Interactuar eficazmente con los equipos de marketing, ventas, servicio al cliente, servicio técnico y calidad para cumplir con los objetivos estratégicos.
- Impulsar y mejorar el valor del servicio a los clientes, utilizándolo como elemento diferenciador.
- Ayudar a desarrollar planes, directrices y documentación para mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia del equipo

Background:

- Formación en Informática / grado técnico o comparable
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en posiciones de soporte en el campo.
- Alto nível de Inglés (hablado y escrito)
- Carnet de conducir
- Experiência previa en el sector Lifescience será un plus

**Primary Work Location**: ESP San Agustin del Guadalix
