**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

The Global Middle Office team provides support to the Front Office departments in the SAM units.

Since the implementation of Aladdin in May 2020, the Global Middle Office department has assumed the Settlement of SAM Trades, and the aim of the Global Middle Office department lies in sharing best practices, synergies and knowledge across the units, so that the information and ways of working are homogeneous and consistent.

We are looking for an experienced in Matching and Settlement Middle Office Expert to manage the end to end process and and asset reconciliation support the Investment Team and resolve the incidences generated by using Aladdin tool at a Global level.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Active participation in the Matching and Settlement process in Aladdin system by analyzing the information received from the custodians.
- Investigate the pending Exceptions once finished the Recon process.
- Support, oversees and resolve all incidences that could affect other Middle Office internal or Investment teams processes.
- Improve the current processes by automations
- Coaches new players into Aladdin and the company’s processes.
- Strikes to improve any processes actively participating in the Front Office company initiatives.
- Follows up the internal departmental score card, embedded in the Global Middle Office Department governance.
- Follow payments and settlement of OTCs, TRS,Terms & Deposits and Derivatives.
- CSDR Regulation knowledgment

EXPERIENCE

Our Middle Office Cash Recon Expert typically have track records of outstanding professional performance or academic achievement for more than 5 years, along with excellent knowledge of Cash Recon processes, analytical skills and financial skills as well as strong communication skills.

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:

- Very good knowlegment of Aladdin system.
- Needs to prove that he/she has managed matching and settlement processes.
- Good knowledgment of Markets and SSI, OTCs, TRS, Terms and Deposits and Derivatives procedures.
- Highly organized and able to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities under significant time pressures.
- Proactive, strong reasoning and problem-solving skills, able to develop pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
- Confidence to lead projects Able to coach new members
