You will collaborate with other teams such as Front Office GTB, bankers, legal, compliance, back office and IG in different geographies.We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:Support the structuring, management and control of documentary trade transactions (Guarantees and Letter of Credit) booked in European Branches: checking clients’ requests and collecting right authorizations (legal, risk, compliance…). Book transactions in MO system, review closing memo and file of all documentation. Control of Precedent conditions in our transactions.Monitoring and reporting of the customers risks position if required, raising identified risksMonitoring and control all documentation and signatures to start operations and/or to disposal of the credit lines.Direct and proactive liaison with Back Office for the booking of the transactions, the fee management and various operational tasks.Support the accounting department providing any relevant information related to transaction booked in the branches.Be a direct and first point of contact for both clients and various internal departments in order to provide relevant information and solutions.Actively contribute to periodic internal administrative reports.WHAT YOU’LL BRINGOur people are our greatest strength.
