- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
- Ensure that all the solutions deployed are fully compliant with the Bacardi Sales and Distribution principles, acting as a gate keeper and maintaining the Order To Cash global template across all markets. This will make you instrumental when global SAP projects are impacting our area including future SAP migrations.
- You own the final responsibility that any external solution creating Order to Cash relevant information in our main system (SAP) does it according to the Bacardi Global Template rules.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify new requirements and opportunities within the company but as well new market trends and business transformation opportunities.
- Ensure that all the OTC processes are compliant to SOX and audit guidelines.
- Stay on top of any new technological innovation and evaluate potential benefits for your area.
- Be the main point of contact between Supply Chain (Customer Services community) and Tech community in Europe.
- You will be the most important partner for our Business Process Lead. You must be instrumental on supporting the deployment of the new processes and technology enabling the transformation of the function to the future state.
- You will manage projects or when required.
- Ensure that all the solutions are properly documented and user community is properly trained to maximize the efficiency of the tools
- Celebrate Key Milestones, be ready to be awarded for your success

Skills and Experience
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
- Able to properly communicate with relevant stakeholders from different areas and functions both from business and technical sides
- Strong SAP-SD experience as functional consultant (technical background is a must).
- Strong understanding of business and commercial terms being able to translate these terms to tech requirements.
- Curious about new technologies and able to learn how to use them in Bacardi’s benefit.
- Strategic and Critical thinker, challenging status-quo proposing changes when required to improve Bacardi’s performance.
- Problem solver mentality in an holistic approach considering the issue and the environment.
- Experience on delivering cross-functional solutions and collaborating with different teams
- Additional skills such as E-Invoicing, EDI and ABAP debugging are a plus.
- Aspirational leader able to actively contribute to strengthening our inclusive and equitable culture.
- Business Proficiency in English is a must and other European languages are a plus.
