We are currently expanding our team with one of our most important clients, Mileway, the largest owner of last mile logistics real estate assets in Europe. Supporting the growth of the company, Mileway is now building an office in the north of Valencia, expanding their existing Finance operations from London, Luxembourg and Amsterdam,and we are looking for a **Senior Debt Accountant** whose responsibilities and tasks will be:
- Maintain loan information in the dedicated system: new loans, reimbursements, accrued interest calculation, interest capitalization...;
- Perform periodic reconciliation between loan tool and accounting system to ensure accurate synchronization between the two;
- Account accurately for all debt: derivative financial instruments, intragroup debt, deferred financing fees;
- Perform intercompany reconciliation;
- Support the distribution coordination by reviewing accurate completion of the cash tracker;
- Support in the collection of financial information required in the context of Financial Due Diligence for (re)financings,;
- Prepare and post onboarding of new loans related to acquisition entries based on Fund flows;
- Support on the debt fees related intragroup recharges billing;
- Invoice coding validation for all fees incurred in relation to debt: relevant entity, accounts and department classification, VAT treatment, transaction description

**Requisitos**:
- Min 2-3 years of experience within an accounting function;
- Fluent in English (At least B2)
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping for financing and debt instruments;
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records;
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers;
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets & MS Office;
- Experience with any loan module software and/or Yardi Voyager is desirable;
- Knowledge of FIS software is an asset;
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and organization skills.
