**Starting: Sofort**:**The Hapimag Paguera Resort is located on the beachfront. The Resort has 239 apartments, a restaurant, a beach restaurant, a cocktail bar, a supermarket, outdoor pools and an indoor pool.**

**Our resort is looking for an open-minded person with a vocation for service to strengthen the supermarket department as a SHOP AND SUPERMARKET MANAGER**

**What you can expect**:

- Manage the shop, resort purchases and control of invoices and stocks.
- Manage the staff in charge.
- Be responsible for the supermarket team, carry out staff selection, hiring, training and team development.
- Manage the supermarket and ensure compliance with all local and company regulations.
- Be responsible for the availability of products in the shop and in the store and the correct accounting of losses.
- Ensure the supermarket runs at its best
- Prepare and conduct cost meetings with management
- Plan the store’s sales and productivity on an annual and monthly basis
- Comply with our company’s standards and the HACCP system
- Record data on the progress and results of work.

**What you bring along**:

- Demonstrable experience in a similar position and in team management (1-2 years)
- Knowledge of German or English will be valued
- Intermediate vocational training or equivalent will be valued
- Customer orientation and teamwork
- High capacity for organisation, planning and leadership.
- Immediate availability.
