One of the key responsibilities is the management of the Spanish and Italian regulators, AESA and ENAC who have very specific needs and require bespoke attention. Along with the Manager the team leader would manage all the NEB claims.

**The role**

At Ryanair, our significant growth has led to more support and advice being sought from our Legal Admin team. In order to ensure the team gets the support needed to work effectively we are recruiting one Regulator Team Lead in our Madrid office.

**Responsibilities**
- Communicating task assignment according to daily and weekly priorities
- Keeping the CS Legal Manager updated on individual performance
- Raising any concerns or suggestions to improve overall performance
- Providing encouragement and support to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas where new training may be required
- Supporting the CS Legal Manager with the hiring and training process
- Developing strategies to promote best practice in accordance with company policy
- Dealing with queries and escalations from the team
- Escalating complex queries and escalations to CS Legal Claims Manager
- Providing ad-hoc support to the CS Legal Claims Manager and performing management duties when manager is absent or out of office
- Occasional ad hoc duties will be required to support the team/manager

**What are we offering?**

You will be required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, monitor and coach staff to improve performance, ensure productivity and quality targets are reached, and support the Legal Admin team.

The position will be based at our office in Madrid.

**Requirements**:

- **Skills/Experience Required**:

- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) required and another European language would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Outstanding organisational, written and verbal communication skills
- Must have flexible approach and ability to remain diplomatic and tactful whilst working under pressure
- Ability to deal with tight legal deadlines and high volumes
- Energetic and enthusiastic individual looking to thrive and progress in an expanding company
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail orientated; ability to complete large volume of work quickly
- Numerate and comfortable working with data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Pro-active, solutions-oriented approach to dealing with errors/complaints
- Team management experience
