Tecnoambiente, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tradebe, is a multidisciplinary geoscience-environmental survey, subsea inspections, and environmental consultancy company, with an accredited laboratory. Specialized in the marine environment, Tecnoambiente has a proven track record of delivering a wide range of solutions in offshore, coastal and onshore projects in Europe, Africa, Asia, and South & Central America.

We are looking for a **Sales & Tender Engineer** who will work on growing and developing the company’s marine survey business line in selected geographies. The mission will be to identify potential clients, present our portfolio of services, autonomously prepare winning proposals for tenders, determine technical solutions and pricing based on business cases, liaise with required departments and suppliers, negotiate contract terms with clients, and hand-over project execution to project management - operations.

**Job Responsibilities**:

- Develop the offshore business - identification, preparation, negotiation, and sale of projects.
- Design and implement an offshore commercial plan that expands the company’s customer base and geographical scope
- Visit existing and new clients nationally and internationally to present our portfolio of services, understand their needs, and define projects’ scope of work to address them
- Manage autonomously the process from the expression of interest to contract award and negotiation, including preparation of technical and commercial proposal.
- Identify and share market trends, new client requirements and competitor status, to provide influence Operations on Capex prioritisation, skills required, etc.
- Participate in business development activities: exhibitions, seminars etc.
- Build a strong network of professional contacts and develop a close relationship with key prescribers / influencers / partners

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Oceanography, Marine Geophysics, and/or Geotechnical.
- Master’s degree in Oceanography, Marine Geophysics, and/or Geotechnical.
- Over 3-5 years’ experience in the offshore sector: Renewable Energy, Submarine Cables, Oil&Gas, Civil Works, Dredging, etc.
- Background in marine field works, including hydrographic, geophysical, UXO, and geotechnical surveys.
- Experience in technical Sales liaising with either Procurement or Technical teams at clients and preparing tenders/proposals.
- Deep technical understanding of the surveys and operations involved in marine/offshore projects.
- English and Spanish (must), French (desirable).
- Availability for travel.
- Good communication capabilities both with clients and internally to win projects and align teams.
